Electronic catalogs are sent free via email. Physical tire samples can be supplied, but buyers need to cover sample cost and courier freight.

Please take clear photos and videos of defective tires and container loading records within 7 days after cargo arrival. We will confirm the problem quickly and provide replacement or compensation solutions according to the contract.

Every tire undergoes raw material inspection, vulcanization monitoring, dynamic balance testing, X-ray internal defect detection and full appearance inspection before loading. Third-party factory inspection is acceptable before delivery.

We provide quality warranty for manufacturing defects such as bulges, delamination and abnormal cracks caused by production flaws under normal use. Damage caused by overloading, punctures, impact, improper installation or rough driving is not covered by warranty. Please keep the bill of lading and purchase order for claim processing.

Yes, one container can mix passenger tires, truck tires and agricultural tires with different sizes to reduce your procurement cost.

West Africa ports (Lagos, Tema): 30–40 days; East Africa ports (Mombasa, Dar es Salaam): 22–30 days; Southeast Asia: 7–15 days, depending on shipping line schedules.

Main departure ports: Qingdao Port, Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port. We complete container loading, fumigation and all export formalities for you.

Standard full container orders: 15–20 working days. Custom printed tires or special tread patterns: 25–35 working days. We will send production photos and videos to update progress regularly.

Our regular quotation is FOB factory price. We can calculate CFR or CIF price including sea freight to your destination port based on your order volume.

We accept T/T wire transfer, irrevocable L/C at sight and Western Union. Standard term: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Better payment terms are negotiable for long-term distributors.
