Recently, SGS has issued ISO 14067 Product Carbon Footprint Verification Certificates for two flagship products of Linglong Tire, namely tires made of 79% sustainable materials and high-performance sports tires, with full calculation of carbon emission data across the entire chain from raw material extraction to finished product delivery.
At present, the EU, Southeast Asian countries and multiple Middle Eastern nations are gradually implementing tire carbon label access systems, and imports of products without carbon footprint certification will be restricted. Leading domestic tire enterprises are comprehensively advancing green upgrading: they adopt bio-based rubber, recycled carbon black and rice husk silica to cut the consumption of petrochemical raw materials; photovoltaic power stations and energy-saving nitrogen vulcanization equipment are equipped in factories to lower carbon emissions during production.

Linglong Tire plans to slash factory carbon emissions by 52% by 2035 and achieve carbon neutrality across its entire industrial chain by 2050. Mass production of tires containing 85% sustainable materials has been realized, with renewable materials accounting for over 60%, which serves as its core competitiveness to seize the global green tire market.
